HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Thank you all for a wonderful 2010!! Lets make 2011 even better, I know I plan on doing that! If you are going out tonight PLEASE be safe and I wish everyone of you a BLESSED and HEALTHY NEW YEAR!! As for me, I cant eat, I cant drink because I am in contest prep BUTTTT I CAN GET NAUGHTY! That's what I will be doing this NEW YEARS EVE!! (wink)

Updates

With this week being a hoilday week I am not sure if Andy is around to post my update. I have sent it to him but have not heard when he will post it. Worst case I will say MOnday but all my parts are crossed he will get it up before Christmas if he is home.

Tis the season

Yesterday I was in the gym in the morning and then I hit the malls etc for some christmas shopping!! I just love getting those I love alot of presents to spoil them for all the love and support they give me. After wrapping all of the presents I kicked back and watched "The Other Guys" I love a good laugh and this movie did just that. Weather is still quite cool here in south fl but I hope it lasts until christmas to give it that hoilday feeling. Update will hit by mid week. Talk soon.....

Thursday

Hi! I hope you are having a great week. In a little over a week Santa will be coming to town and I am super excited!! :) I try to keep an even mix of being naughty and nice although the naughty seems to take over most of the time. :) Lucky for me my santa loves a naughty girl and always gets me what I want because of that!!(wink) I am in full contest prep but will be able to have a couple bites here and there for christmas dinner. Tonight I am off to the gym for some chest and shoulders. I am training 6 days in a row for this show and I am feeling it but when I look in the mirror.....its soooo worth it!!

Friday, updates etc

Hey guys just want to let you know that my update was sent. I, like you are just waiting for it to post! I would say it will be posted by this weekend. I was told it would be up today but that did not happen so....... hang in there. I got home from legs tonight and I am enjoying my Christmas Tree along with several candles throughout my home. I love a night where I can put my feet up and enjoy just being home. Legs were great tonight, lets see, is leg pressing 12 plates each side for 18 reps good?? :) Contest prep is right on track so always happy to see that. So let me sum this up just stay calm with me and we will get this damn update this weekend!! :)

ONE FUCKIN MESS!!!

Friday night my computer crashed from a fucking virus!! I am just now able to get to my work etc on this computer but have lost all contact info etc. So having said that I will be sending an update tomorrow to be posted mid week this week. I tell you I really cant live with out my computer so I am suprised you didnt hear me swearing from where ever you live! :) The good news is prep is going very well my body is responding super fast and I will be on HERBICEPSCAM tomorrow afternoon eastern time if you want to see! :)
